Taking Too Much Vitamin C Is Dangerous

Vitamin C is good for our health and immune system.
But if you taking too much vitamin C, it’s dangerous too.

Someone told that unused vitamin C in our body will be excreted.
But the reality is not like that, there’s a negative effect,
like vitamin B-12 deficiency.

Consuming high dose of vitamin C can alter some cobalamin (vitamin B-12) become its analog. And, there’s an analog that act like antivitamin B-12. And, if that happens for a long time, it can cause vitamin B-12 deficiency, which i had told the effects in my last post that’s horrible, right?

That’s why we have to consume the right dose of vitamin C.
And, still have to consume the right dose of vitamin B-12 regularly.
We can get all of that in HiLo milk.
By consuming hi-lo milk regularly, we can fulfilled our needs of vitamin and not pass the limit.
