Yesterday, i’d already discussed about 2 kind of rheumatics, osteoarthitis and osteoporosis.
Now, i want to discuss another kind of rheumatic, gout.
Yup, obviously gout is a kind of rheumatic. It caused by consuming/eating foods contain
high purine like seafood and offal too much.
But, there’s some beneficial compounds in seafood such as glucosamine and chondroitine which
can prevent or treat osteoarthitis.
Shark’s cartilage contains a lot of glucosamine while crabs, lobsters, and shrimps contain a
lot of chondroitine.
So, what should we do? still consume seafood or not?

without get the negative effects like gout ?
